It’s Friday. The weekend is coming. It’s typically a time for fun and laughter and breaking free, all of which have the capability of guilty. We think we don’t deserve to have any fun. Sometimes we don’t know how to have fun.
Having some fun is a good thing, and YES, YOU DO DESERVE IT! Having fun can help us relax, unwind, and leave that harsh healing space behind for a bit. We all need to take a break, and remember why we are healing in the first place… so that we can have happy, healthy lives.
What are some of the things you do for fun on the weekend (or any time)? If you aren’t at a point where you do anything fun, what have you done in the past that tickled your fancy?
